Very tasty Hake fish is a sea fish from the hake group. Another name for this hake is Argentine hake.
Hake usually moves at depths between 100m and 200m. It feeds on crabs, smaller fish and mollusks, so it is very rich in proteins as well as vitamins B1, vitamins B2, B3, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and is an excellent source of potassium.
It is available all year round and is the perfect choice for a light seafood meal.
