Polar Bagel (Đevrek) is a delicious pastry made of puff pastry, richly filled with ham and cheese and sprinkled with sesame seeds for extra crunch and distinctive taste. Thanks to its quick and easy preparation directly from the freezer, it is an excellent choice for breakfast, a snack or a quick meal during the day. A few minutes in the oven is enough to get a warm, fragrant and crispy pastry with a juicy filling.

Heat the oven to 180°C. Arrange the products individually on a metal tray with a non-stick coating or on a tray lined with baking paper, without defrosting. If desired, brush the products with egg and bake them for 20-25 minutes. The temperature and baking time are indicative, they depend on the type of oven and the amount of products you bake in it.
