Blackberries

Blackberries are juicy, dark-purple fruits known for their rich content of vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants. Besides being exceptionally delicious when fresh, blackberries are often used in the preparation of jams, pies, smoothies, and other desserts, adding a rich flavor and nutritional value.

Ingredients: 100% blackberries.

Note: Once thawed, the product must not be refrozen.

Preparation: Thaw the product at room temperature for 2–2.5 hours. For quick thawing in a microwave oven, heat for 5–6 minutes. Once thawed, use as fresh fruit.

To make a blackberry smoothie, place a bag of frozen blackberries (about 300 g) into a blender. Add 500 ml of milk or yogurt, depending on whether you prefer a creamier or more refreshing smoothie. Sweeten to taste with 1–2 tablespoons of honey or sugar. Blend for 2–3 minutes until smooth and uniform. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy the refreshing taste of blackberries.
